Rates are for whole weeks (the minimum period of
rent).
If any of the days fall between 2 periods, the most
expensive period's is used.

We ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking which can be paid into our UK bank account
(Nat West) or into our Spanish Bank Account. The balance is
payable 4 weeks prior to arrival or before.
A returnable breakages deposit is also normally requested depending upon circumstances.
